AMAZING! I went in with severe mouth pain and came out feeling like a new person by accident, maybe lol. I’ll explain: I went in for an emergency appointment because I couldn’t bite down or eat due to an extremity sore tooth. They ran several tests to see what was going on. During the process, Dr. Z came in and poked around to see what was going on. Apparently, she popped something on my gums and said I needed a deep cleaning and maybe a route canal. Instantly, I felt sooooo much relief. I scheduled my deep cleaning, was given a pain management plan, and went home. Within 2 hours, I had NO issues and feel normal. I’m still going for my deep cleaning in a few weeks, but Dr. Z and the staff really are life savers.

If the emergency that you are experiencing is life-threatening, you should call 911 right away. For pretty much any other type of dental emergency, you should give us a call. This way, you can talk to a friendly member of our staff who can provide you with further directions. Most hospital ERs and urgent care clinics aren’t equipped to handle dental emergencies, so you are unlikely to get the treatment that you need to address the root of the problem. We will always do our best to see you as soon as possible if you are experiencing a dental issue that needs urgent attention!
The cost of cleanings and checkups varies on multiple factors. This visit should begin with going over your health history and discussing concerns that you have. It should also include a thorough exam, professional cleaning, X-rays, and oral cancer screening. The average cost in markets throughout the United States is between $200 and $350. If you have dental insurance, these fees are likely partially or completely covered by your plan.
All dentists in the United States must have received either a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or a Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) from one of the 67 Accredited dental schools in the country. To get into dental school, you need to have a bachelor’s degree. Dental school is three years with a combination of classroom and hands-on learning. In addition to that, all dentists must complete a certain number of continuing education hours to keep their license.
The best way to make dentistry affordable is by preventing issues before they arise. Dental insurance is a great way to lower your out-of-pocket expenses. We are happy to be in-network with Delta Dental and we accept many other PPO dental implants. If dental insurance isn’t an option for you, you might benefit from our in-office membership plan. For a flat annual rate, you can receive exams, cleanings, X-rays, and discounts on essential dental treatments completed at our practice. We are also happy to accept payments through CareCredit and Cherry. These third-party financing companies can split the cost of their treatment into manageable monthly installments with little to no interest.
